Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You weigh at least 35 kg (about 77 pounds) and your BMI is below 37.5.
- You have at least 1 gram of protein in your urine over 24 hours (or a protein-to-creatinine ratio of 0.7 g/g or higher).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is 30 or higher.
- You have not taken steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs for IgA nephropathy in the last 12 weeks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
