Who can take part
- You completed the previous HRS-5965-305 study, or left it early during the maintenance phase after starting rescue therapy
- You have a diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy (kidney inflammation caused by IgA antibodies)
- You do not have a known allergy to HRS-5965 or any of its ingredients
- Your kidney function is measured at eGFR of 20 mL/min/1.73m² or higher
- You do not have a history of immunodeficiency, serious bacterial infections, or cancer
- You are willing to understand the study procedures and sign an informed consent form
