Long-term safety study of HRS-5965 for IgA kidney disease

Who can take part

  • You completed the previous HRS-5965-305 study, or left it early during the maintenance phase after starting rescue therapy
  • You have a diagnosis of primary IgA nephropathy (kidney inflammation caused by IgA antibodies)
  • You do not have a known allergy to HRS-5965 or any of its ingredients
  • Your kidney function is measured at eGFR of 20 mL/min/1.73m² or higher
  • You do not have a history of immunodeficiency, serious bacterial infections, or cancer
  • You are willing to understand the study procedures and sign an informed consent form
