Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy through a kidney biopsy.
  • You are taking a stable dose of blood pressure medicines (ACE inhibitor or ARB) for at least 12 weeks.
  • Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 ml/min.
  • You are willing to take the study supplement or placebo daily for the duration of the trial.
  • You do not have diabetes or other major kidney diseases.
