Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have multiple myeloma that is either not responding to your first treatment (VRd or similar) or has relapsed for the first time after that treatment.
  • You have measurable M protein in your blood or urine, or abnormal free light chains.
  • You have adequate kidney, liver, and heart function as shown by recent lab tests.
  • Your blood counts (white cells, platelets, hemoglobin) are within safe ranges.
  • You have not been treated with daratumumab before, and do not have certain other cancers, active infections, or serious heart or lung conditions.
