Who can take part
- Age 25 to 45 years old
- Diagnosed with upper cross syndrome (forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and neck pain)
- Neck pain lasting more than 3 months
- Limited neck flexibility (cannot bend neck fully forward, backward, or to the sides)
- Weak deep neck muscles (unable to hold a pressure of 22-24 mm Hg during a specific neck test)
