Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of advanced solid tumor (melanoma, lung, kidney, Merkel cell, bladder, or head and neck cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and you have already tried at least one standard treatment.
- If you have melanoma, you must have tried a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor (like Keytruda or Opdivo) and it stopped working.
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have active brain metastases, serious autoimmune disease, or uncontrolled infections.
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, blood counts) are working well enough based on recent blood tests.
