  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have lost one arm below the shoulder (transhumeral level).
  • You can use a myoelectric prosthesis (your arm muscles can generate signals for a powered arm).
  • You are a candidate for TMR surgery (surgery to reroute nerves for better arm control).
  • You are a candidate for OPRA surgery (surgery to attach a bone-anchored prosthesis).
  • You speak English.
