Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor or blood cancer that has not responded to treatment or has spread.
  • You are 18 years or older and expected to live at least 6 more months.
  • You have normal liver function or mild, moderate, or severe liver impairment (based on standard medical scores).
  • Your kidney function is adequate (creatinine clearance at least 50 mL/min) and blood cell counts are within safe ranges.
  • You are willing to use two forms of birth control (one barrier method) during the study and for 30 days after the last dose.
