Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 55 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30, and you weigh at least 50 kg (if male) or 45 kg (if female).
- You are in good general health with no significant medical problems, no history of cancer, seizures, or severe allergies.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and not to become pregnant or father a child.
- You have not used any medications (including over-the-counter drugs) within 2 weeks before the study starts, and you do not smoke heavily or drink too much alcohol.
