Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 80 years old.
  • You have high blood pressure or diabetes (you are enrolled in the Hanam City program for these conditions).
  • You do not have advanced kidney disease (stage 4 or worse).
  • You do not have severe liver disease or cirrhosis.
  • You have not had a heart attack or unstable angina in the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have a serious psychiatric condition that would interfere with the study.
