Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have not been diagnosed with heart failure and your blood pressure is normal (systolic ≤120, diastolic ≤80) OR you have been diagnosed with heart failure and your heart's pumping ability is reduced (ejection fraction 50% or less)
- You do not have any other major diseases or congenital (present from birth) conditions
