Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (stage II or III).
  • Your tumor is measurable by ultrasound or MRI.
  • Your heart function, blood counts, and organ function are within normal ranges.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy for this breast cancer yet.
