  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have received a donor stem cell transplant (allogeneic HSCT)
  • You have had at least 3 signs of TMA (like broken red blood cells, high LDH, low platelets, anemia, high blood pressure, or protein in urine) in two checks within 2 weeks
  • You are not in another study that tests a treatment for TMA
