Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You had a stem cell transplant within the last year.
- You have been diagnosed with TA-TMA in the past 2 weeks, with at least 4 signs like high LDH, broken red blood cells, low platelets, low red blood cells, high blood pressure, protein in urine, or high C5b-9 levels.
- You have a high-risk form of TA-TMA, such as severe proteinuria, multiple organ problems, or high IL-10 levels.
- Your TA-TMA has not improved after trying treatments like stopping certain medications, treating infections, or managing graft-versus-host disease.
- You are not allergic to eculizumab, have not had a recent meningococcal infection, and do not have certain other serious conditions.
