Who can take part

  • You are 12 years old or older.
  • You have had a stem cell transplant.
  • You have a blood vessel problem called TA-TMA that hasn't gotten better after standard treatments.
  • Your TA-TMA is considered high-risk (for example, with very high LDH levels, organ damage, or severe graft-versus-host disease).
  • You have not already taken a complement inhibitor (like iptacopan or eculizumab) within the last 60 days.
