  • You are a female between 11 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis (the most common type, with no known cause).
  • Your spinal curve (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 40 degrees.
  • You have been referred to a physiotherapist.
