  • You must have rectal cancer that has not been treated before with surgery, radiation, chemo, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
  • Your cancer must have spread to other parts of the body and cannot be surgically removed.
  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must be in generally good health with no serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, or blood problems.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor tissue sample for genetic testing.
