Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a solid tumor cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
- You are able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score 70–100).
- Your liver and kidney function are within certain limits.
- Your blood counts are adequate without needing transfusions.
- You have normal flow of spinal fluid, confirmed by a special scan.
- You use effective contraception if you could become pregnant or get someone pregnant.
