Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with motor neuron disease (MND), such as ALS or progressive muscular atrophy.
- Your MND symptoms are mild to moderate (levels 1–3 on the Sinaki-Mulder scale).
- You do not have other brain or nerve disorders (like stroke).
- You do not use a ventilator or breathing machine.
