Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with AL amyloidosis (the type caused by abnormal light chain proteins).
- Your disease has come back or did not get better after at least one prior treatment.
- Your blood test shows a certain level of abnormal light chains (dFLC > 20 mg/L) or M-protein ( > 5 g/L).
- You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0 to 2).
- You must not have other types of amyloidosis, advanced heart symptoms, or active bleeding in the gut.
