Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You were in the hospital with early cardiogenic shock (SCAI stage A, B, or C) and have stable symptoms at discharge.
  • You can use a smartphone for health management after training.
  • You have not had a cardiac arrest or heart surgery before.
  • Your heart function (LVEF) is 30% or higher and your kidney function is adequate.
