- You are between 18 and 40 years old.
- You are generally healthy, do not take any medications, and have no major health issues.
- You sleep 7-9 hours each night and feel your sleep quality is good.
- You do not smoke or use nicotine, drink little alcohol (less than 5 drinks per week), and avoid caffeine, tea, or energy drinks for a week before the study.
- You have no family history of early dementia, and you are not feeling depressed or anxious (based on screening tests).
