Who can take part

  • Age 18 to 85 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease or pure autonomic failure that causes dizziness when standing
  • Your blood pressure drops at least 20 points (top number) or 10 points (bottom number) when you stand up within 3 minutes
  • You score 4 or higher on a dizziness assessment question
  • You are currently taking or have responded to medications like midodrine or droxidopa for this condition
  • You must be able to walk with or without a walker or cane
