Study of the Arcevo LSA device for aortic arch repair

Aortic Arch AneurysmAortic Arch DissectionChronic Aortic DissectionAcute Aortic Dissection

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This trial tests a new device called Arcevo LSA to treat certain types of aortic arch problems, like dissections (tears) or aneurysms (bulges). It is for people who need open surgery, and the device helps fix the left subclavian artery area.

Testing specialized grafts to repair complex aortic problems

This trial studies different custom and modified stent-grafts (tiny metal-reinforced tubes placed inside the aorta) to repair difficult aortic aneurysms and dissections. It aims to see which approach best fits your aortic shape and helps keep blood flowing safely.

NCT07067840Not yet recruiting
New stent graft for aortic arch lesions

This trial tests a new stent graft (a fabric-covered metal tube) placed inside the artery to fix aneurysms or ulcers in the aortic arch without open-heart surgery. It is designed for people whose anatomy fits precise measurements and who are not good candidates for traditional surgery.

A new stent-graft system for treating aortic arch aneurysms

This trial tests a special stent-graft designed for aortic arch aneurysms or ulcers that need treatment near the heart. It might be an option if you are not a good candidate for open surgery.

NCT06385379Recruiting
Aortic arch repair with new stent system

This trial tests a new stent graft system (like a fabric tube on a metal cage) that is placed inside the aorta through a blood vessel in your leg. It is designed to fix problems in the aortic arch without open heart surgery, for people who are at high risk for surgery. The goal is to see how safe and effective it is over time.

Stent grafts for treating aortic aneurysms and dissections

This trial studies a special stent-graft placed inside the aorta to treat aneurysms, penetrating ulcers, or chronic dissections. It aims to see how well these branch stent grafts fit and seal the problem area while reducing the need for open surgery.

Stent graft for type A aortic dissection

This trial tests a stent graft device to repair a tear in the main artery from the heart (aorta). It is for people who have a high-risk condition called Type A aortic dissection and are not good candidates for open heart surgery.
