Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear by a doctor
  • You have not had any shoulder surgery in the past
  • You have shoulder pain during activity that you rate as 3 or higher on a 0-10 pain scale
  • You do not have other major shoulder problems like dislocation, fracture, arthritis, or frozen shoulder
  • You are not currently pregnant or have any inflammatory disease or mental health condition
  • You are able to communicate clearly and understand instructions
