Who can take part
- Your prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and no longer responds to hormone therapy (castration-resistant).
- You have taken a hormone-blocking medicine like enzalutamide or abiraterone, and your cancer got worse during or after that treatment.
- A recent PSMA PET scan shows your cancer has high PSMA levels (a protein on the cancer cells).
- You have not had chemotherapy for this stage of prostate cancer, nor any PARP inhibitor or radioactive therapy before.
- You are generally well enough to be up and walking (ECOG 0-1) and your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe limits.
- You agree to use condoms during sex with a female partner of childbearing potential during treatment and for 3 months after the last dose.
