The goal is to see if this therapy can stop the immune system from destroying red blood cells and help increase your hemoglobin levels.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a type of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) or Evans syndrome where your body attacks its own red blood cells, causing anemia (low hemoglobin).
- You have already tried at least three different treatments (like steroids, rituximab, or other immune-suppressing medicines) and they did not work well enough.
- Your hemoglobin level is currently below 100 g/L, and you have symptoms related to anemia.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs are working well enough, as determined by routine blood tests and other checks.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you can have children, you agree to use effective birth control for at least 2 years after the treatment.
