Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) that has not responded to or returned after at least 3 standard treatments.
- You must have B cells with either CD19 or BCMA markers in your blood.
- You must have low hemoglobin (less than 100 g/L) despite treatment for at least 6 months.
- Your major organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys) must be functioning above a minimum level.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment (if applicable).
