Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-squamous NSCLC that is advanced or has come back and cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a SMARCA4 mutation, confirmed by genetic testing.
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment for advanced disease and your daily activity level is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your tumor does not have common driver mutations like EGFR, ALK, or ROS1.
- You can provide blood samples and complete medical history information.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease, interstitial lung disease, bleeding problems, or a condition that prevents using Bevacizumab.
