Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 18 years old.
  • You have been sailing for at least 2 years.
  • You compete at a national or international level.
  • Your sailing class uses trapeze maneuvers.
  • You have not had any arm or leg injury in the last 8 weeks or any arm or leg surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You have not done land-based sailing-specific exercise training in the last 4 weeks.
