Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You can speak and understand French
- You have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder with at least 5 out of 9 specific symptoms, and it is considered severe
- You have been on the same medication or therapy (like antidepressants, mood stabilizers, DBT, or schema therapy) for at least 4 weeks before starting
- You have no history of psychotic episodes (like hallucinations or delusions) or manic/hypomanic episodes
- You are not currently having a severe depressive episode, and you do not have major liver or heart problems
