Who can take part
- Diagnosed type 2 diabetes with nerve damage in feet (confirmed by screening score)
- Able to walk independently for at least 20 meters without help
- Moderate balance difficulty (score between 46–52 on a 56-point balance test)
- No recent fractures, foot ulcers, infections, or amputations in the past 6 months
- No serious hearing, balance system, or neurological problems (like stroke or dementia)
- No major surgery planned on knee, ankle, or hip during the study
