Who can take part

  • Diagnosed type 2 diabetes with nerve damage in feet (confirmed by screening score)
  • Able to walk independently for at least 20 meters without help
  • Moderate balance difficulty (score between 46–52 on a 56-point balance test)
  • No recent fractures, foot ulcers, infections, or amputations in the past 6 months
  • No serious hearing, balance system, or neurological problems (like stroke or dementia)
  • No major surgery planned on knee, ankle, or hip during the study
