Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage from diabetes) for at least 6 months
  • You have moderate to severe nerve pain (a pain score of 12 or higher on a standard scale)
  • You are able to follow and complete a simple exercise program
  • You are not pregnant and do not have serious heart, blood vessel, or muscle/joint problems
  • You are not currently in physical therapy or another structured exercise program
