Who can take part

  • You are 65 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with congestive heart failure and your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is less than 40%.
  • You can communicate comfortably in Mandarin or Taiwanese.
  • Your heart failure is stable (not rapidly changing or hard to control).
  • You do not have severe conditions like end-stage kidney disease, advanced liver disease, or terminal cancer.
