  • You are 65 years or older and Thai
  • You have moderate chronic kidney disease (stage 3, eGFR between 30 and 59)
  • You have been diagnosed with muscle loss (sarcopenia) or are at risk for it
  • You are able to do light resistance exercise (no serious heart or lung problems)
  • You do not have a pacemaker or metal implants that prevent body composition measurements
