Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with mild cortisol excess (MACS) based on a special test done in the last 2 years.
  • You have a benign adrenal tumor or adrenal overgrowth seen on imaging.
  • You have at least one related health issue such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or bone thinning.
  • You are able to take oral medication and follow the study schedule.
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control or abstain from sex during treatment and for 1 month after.
