Ketoconazole effects on cortisol rhythms in mild adrenal hormone changes

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have MACS (mild autonomous cortisol secretion) and are already in another study (protocol 19DK0066) – OR you are a healthy volunteer matched by age, sex, and body size
  • You can pause certain medications for a short time before the study starts
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking estrogen-based hormones
  • You do not have severe medical problems like uncontrolled diabetes, anemia, or liver disease
