  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have mild autonomous cortisol secretion (MACS) confirmed by a dexamethasone suppression test in the last 2 years
  • You have an adrenal adenoma or adrenal hyperplasia seen on imaging
  • You have at least one related condition: obesity, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or bone thinning/fractures
  • You can take pills and follow the study plan
  • You agree to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant
