  • You are in the Neuro Critical Care Unit at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, UK.
  • You have moderate or severe head injury.
  • You are aged 18 or older.
  • You have a probe already placed to measure pressure inside your skull.
  • You are not enrolled in more than 2 other research studies.
