Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cardiac ATTR amyloidosis based on current medical guidelines.
  • You are about to start treatment with tafamidis at University Hospital Zurich.
  • You are not currently taking any other disease-modifying therapies like patisiran.
  • You do not have an ongoing fast or irregular heartbeat (supraventricular arrhythmia) that hasn't been controlled.
  • You do not have a ventricular pacemaker.
  • You have not had a heart attack affecting the septum (wall between heart chambers).
