Who can take part

  • You are an adult: over 18 for AL amyloidosis, or over 65 for ATTR amyloidosis (or control group).
  • You have confirmed amyloidosis involving the heart, based on approved test results (blood/biopsy plus heart-specific findings).
  • Your heart tests are abnormal in a way the study is looking for (blood “cardiac markers,” echocardiogram thickness, or heart MRI findings).
  • You can give informed consent and are medically stable enough to complete the treatment visits.
  • You can safely lie flat for about 1 hour during the study (not decompensated heart failure).
  • You do not have key exclusions like severe lung disease, major valve problems, severe pulmonary pressure problems, or prior heart surgery.
