Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that came back or didn't respond to earlier treatments.
  • You've already tried a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), and a CD38-targeted antibody therapy.
  • Your disease is measurable, meaning you have enough of certain markers (M-protein, urine M-protein, free light chains, a plasmacytoma, or high bone marrow plasma cells).
  • You have not had certain treatments recently, like certain chemotherapies, radiation, antibody therapies, or cell transplants (within specified timeframes).
  • You do not have multiple myeloma in your brain or spinal cord, active plasma cell leukemia, or other specific health issues that would exclude you.
