Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have mild high blood pressure (systolic between 130 and 159 mmHg) and are not on medication for it
  • Your blood pressure stays above 130 mmHg over 24 hours
  • You have no other serious health conditions like diabetes or low blood pressure when standing
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 28
