Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that had spread to nearby lymph nodes but could still be removed by surgery.
- You received 3-4 cycles of immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) plus chemotherapy before surgery.
- You had surgery to remove all visible cancer, and at least 4 weeks ago but no more than 12 weeks ago.
- After surgery, between 1% and 90% of the cancer cells were still alive (pathology report).
- You do not have certain gene changes (EGFR, ROS1, ALK, or RET) in your cancer.
