Who can take part
- You had an ischemic stroke (blocked artery in the brain) more than 3 months ago
- You are 40 years or older
- You can walk 10 meters (with or without a cane or walker)
- You have good thinking and memory skills (score 20+ on a standard test)
- You have some movement recovery (Burnstorm stage 3 or above)
- You do not have severe uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, or unstable angina
