  • You have advanced colorectal, non-small cell lung, or pancreatic cancer that has spread
  • You have had at least one prior cancer treatment that no longer works or caused bad side effects
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans (not just symptoms)
  • You are fully active or only slightly limited in daily activities
  • You have not had an antibody-drug conjugate that uses a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor
  • You can provide a tumor sample from a past biopsy or agree to a new one
