Who can take part

  • You have Graves' disease that hasn't improved with standard treatments (after years of medication or multiple radioiodine treatments).
  • Your TRAb level (a blood test for thyroid antibodies) is at least 5 IU/L.
  • You have B cells (a type of white blood cell) that carry a marker called CD19.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study schedule.
  • You do not have other serious health issues like active infections, heart disease, or cancer.
