  • Your Graves' disease has been hard to control — you've either been on medication for 3+ years or it has come back after stopping treatment.
  • A blood test must show you have TRAb antibodies (a common sign of active Graves').
  • You have no serious infections, heart problems, cancer, or history of severe allergic reactions.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
  • You haven't joined another clinical trial in the past 3 months.
