Anti-CD22 CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell blood cancers

Who can take part

  • You have a B-cell blood cancer that has returned or not responded after at least two prior treatments, including a CAR T-cell therapy that targets CD19.
  • Your cancer cells must have a high amount of CD22 marker (at least 70% of cells).
  • You are between 1 and 80 years old.
  • You have enough of a certain immune cell (CD3+ T-cells) in your blood (more than 120 per microliter).
  • You are reasonably active (can do daily activities with some help).
  • You have not had a stem cell transplant in the last 60 days, or a prior CAR T therapy in the last 30 days if it didn't work.
