Who can take part
- You are between 3 and 65 years old.
- You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back or not responded to treatment, and your leukemia cells expressed CD19 and CD22 at some point.
- You received an FDA-approved CD19 CAR T-cell therapy 2 to 7 months ago and are now in remission (no detectable cancer cells by sensitive testing).
- You cannot or choose not to have a stem cell transplant from a donor.
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well enough based on blood tests, heart ultrasound, and oxygen levels.
- You are not pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control if applicable.
